CENTENNIAL, Colorado (April 1, 2022) – Colorado Natural Gas (CNG) has launched its 2022 charitable giving grant program for qualifying nonprofit organizations that serve its service territory.

“At Colorado Natural Gas, we understand we are only as strong as the communities we serve. Providing community resources is one of the ways in which we can support our customers and community members,” said Phil Marcum, Senior Manager of Business Development in Colorado.

Through the program, $20,000 will be donated to qualifying organizations in Colorado that focus on Food Insecurity and Child Well-being & Advocacy Programs.

While we will welcome all applications submitted, CNG strives to align our budgeted community dollars to support community organizations across our service territory, impacting our areas of focus. Successful grants will be awarded to 501c3 non-profit organizations that focus on food insecurity and child well-being and advocacy programs.

The application window is open now through May 13, 2022. Grant recipients will be announced by June 1, 2022.

Unfortunately, CNG cannot consider requests from outside our service area. We also cannot give to political organizations and most school fundraising efforts.

In addition to supporting community causes, CNG also provides members of our team with up to 20 hours of paid time off each year to volunteer in the communities we serve.
