a) Delivery and Service charges – The cost to deliver the gas to your home or business and other customer charges.
b) Supply charges – The cost of the natural gas itself for your home or business.
c) Taxes and other charges – Depending on where you live, we may also collect required state and city fees and taxes, and any charges specific to your account. Energy Assistance Benefit Charge: The State of Colorado recently passed a new law HB 21-1105 that requires investor-owned Colorado utilities to collect a new fee from ratepayers starting October 2021 to help low-income households with utility bills. Any customer may opt-out of the EASBC by contacting CNG at 1-800-720-8193 or customerservice@coloradonaturalgas.com.
