In addition to regular paid time off, Colorado Natural Gas also provides each employee with 20 hours of paid time off annually to use towards volunteering with non-profit organizations. Employees have used their volunteer time to work at a Habitat for Humanity job site, coach sports teams, teach in school classrooms, and staff booths at county fairs, among other tasks. In 2017, employees across the company donated over 9 weeks of volunteer time!
