At Colorado Natural Gas safety is our top priority. We continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19 closely and are following recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as we work to provide our customers clean, safe, and reliable energy solutions.

In response to the pandemic, we have implemented several new safety protocols to do our part to prevent the spread of COVID_19: As we work through the pandemic, we have implemented a plan to continue providing safe and reliable service:

  • Before any home visit, you will be asked if anyone in your household has recently been diagnosed with COVID-19, is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or has been in contact with someone who was recently diagnosed. This will allow our team members to take necessary precautions when we arrive at your home.
  • Our technicians will wear a face masks when entering any home.
  • We will continue to provide additional information as conditions change.
