Centennial, Colorado (August 15, 2023) – Colorado Natural Gas (CNG), a subsidiary of Summit Utilities, Inc., announces it is committing a total of $60,000 in grant donations to five area non-profits. Each non-profit will receive the $4,000 grant in 2023, 2024, and 2025. The program's purpose is to provide sustained support for ongoing charitable programs while building lasting relationships between CNG and community organizations.

"CNG is committed to forming meaningful partnerships in the areas we serve, and we are honored to provide this resource for the next three years to local non-profits," said Mitch Pebley, Director of Operations for CNG.

The organizations receiving the three-year grant funding are not-for-profit 501(c)(3) status organizations in the CNG service area. They are:

  • Pueblo United
  • Mountain Resource Center
  • Community Partnership Family Resource Center
  • Eagles' Nest Early Leaning Center
  • Spark the Change Colorado

CNG is a community-oriented company, and in addition to supporting community causes, CNG also provides members of its team with up to 20 hours of paid time off each year to volunteer in the communities it serves.
