Make these Spooky Cookies this Halloween

Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients: 1 package (16 ounces) refrigerated (ready-to-bake) chocolate-chip cookie dough, 24 Rolo candies, 1 package of Oreo Thins, and 48 edible eye candies.

Instructions:

• Preheat the oven according to cookie package directions. Bake cookies according to package directions.
• Remove from the oven and let cool for 1-2 minutes and then press an unwrapped Rolo candy into the bottom section of each cookie. Let stand for a few minutes to soften a bit.
• While the Rolo is still soft, press bat "wings" into the Rolo to attach. To make the wings, separate the Oreo cookies from each other and the cream (twist slowly and scrape off the cream filling). Break the Oreos in half to make 2 wings.
• The Rolo should get melty enough to hold on the eyes. Alternatively, you can also make these cookies without the eye candy addition and they still look like cute bats!
• Allow to set up at room temperature. Best enjoyed within 2-3 days.
