Summit Utilities, Inc. Scores 98 in GRESB for Environmental, Social, and Governance Evaluation for 2021

Ranks Number One in Gas Distribution Network, Maintenance and Operation

Centennial, Colorado (October 18, 2022) – Summit Utilities, Inc., (Summit) is honored to announce that it has received a score of 98 in its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) evaluation by GRESB for 2021. In addition to this score, Summit is ranked number one of 13 in Network Utilities: Gas Distribution Companies and received a five-star rating for the second time. Summit ranked 17 out of the 649 participating companies worldwide.

Summit was also recognized as a sector leader in the Network Utilities: Gas Distribution Companies category. The GRESB Sector Leaders are the best performers by sector, region and nature of ownership from across the GRESB Assessments.

GRESB is a globally recognized, independent rating service. The score received assesses the long-term sustainability of infrastructure companies through a measurement of the company’s environmental, social and governance principles.
